You can load between €10 and €500 onto the gift card.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period cannot be extended, and any remaining balance on an expired gift card cannot be refunded.
You can only pay with the amount available on the gift card. Any remaining sum must be paid with another payment method (cash, another payment card, another gift card). You can check the balance at www.getmybalance.com

Yes. The gift card is ready to use immediately after purchase.

You will need the 16-digit card number (=Card Number) and the 6-digit security code (=Security Code) on the back of the card. You can also check the details using the QR code on the back of the card.
No. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance will not be refunded after the card’s validity period ends.
Yes. The product can be returned according to the store’s normal return policy. A refund will preferably be returned to the same gift card if the card is available. Otherwise, the refund can be returned to your personal payment card according to the store’s practices.
Yes. You can use the gift card multiple times at all participating stores as long as there is a balance on the card.
