ABC Vaasa is located along the highway, 7 kilometers from Vasa City Center. We offer you specious, air-conditioned conference-rooms with all the equipment you need; Starboard with room for 80 persons and Portside with room for 20 persons. Catering for the meeting can easily and fastly be served by your requisites and wishes, from the buffet or from the A la Carte menu. We also have a spacious parking area that`s free.

Aadomus Oy offers functional and cozy meeting and seminar premises for small up to large groups, total capacity being over 100 persons and the biggest single meeting room accommodating ca 40 persons. Entity comprising five meeting rooms equipped with complete AV-systems, an aula, a dining room, two saunas, and Birra pub. One meeting room is equipped with a video conference system.

Meeting room for up to 35 persons. Perfect for meetings, events, classes, courses, workshops and celebrations like birthday parties and similar.
Equipment: there is a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, coffee maker. Dinnerware for food and coffee. A refrigerator and a freezer. A white screen (bring your own projector and laptop). There is also a flat TV screen that has DVD and CD connected.

Located on the second floor of the main library, Venny is suitable for smaller events and meetings. The space is available for booking free of charge for non-commercial purposes. Venny fits 40 persons.
The computer can be connected to the 65″ TV with an HDMI cable. Own PC required.
You can provide your own catering and refreshments (no alcohol); please note that you will be responsible for cleaning up after the event.

The Futura I-IV buildings have several different meeting rooms of various sizes. The rooms can be reserved by everyone, including companies outside the houses. Rooms have basic equipment for meetings, internet, video projector / TV, flipchart and markers. Futura III Rotunda has complete equipment for video conferencing. You can also order catering.

Havtornen is an old elevator tower that has been renovated in 2007. Today it’s used by Åbo Akademi students, but it can also be hired for meetings. Besides a meeting room, the facilites include sauna and a lounge with beautiful view to the archipelago.
