We are located by the gateway to the world heritage site, the Replot Bridge, only 15 minutes from Vaasa by car. Enjoy lunch or dinner made from locally produced ingredients. The Main hall can be reserved for private events and holds up to 160 persons. In our sauna and meeting facilities you can arrange meetings for up to 30 persons.

Havtornen is an old elevator tower that has been renovated in 2007. Today it’s used by Åbo Akademi students, but it can also be hired for meetings. Besides a meeting room, the facilites include sauna and a lounge with beautiful view to the archipelago.

Janne’s Saloon, on the island of Kuusisaari in the Vaasa archipelago in Finland, is a real oasis for business meetings, conferences and training days. It is also a popular place to visit if you are a tourist and like a refreshing cruise in the archipelago.

Book Lé Picco and MerSea Club for your event.
The large party hall in Lé Picco holds 150 people but can be divided into three different sections. In the main building there is also an auditorium for 60 people, as well as rooms for smaller group meetings. A newly built terrace adjacent to the main hall offers a nice sea view and sunset.
In the MerSea Club next to the beach there are two sauna sections with 15 + 6 person saunas and separate bathrooms and changing rooms.
A kitchen room with a table for 20 people and a pool table as well as accommodation for 10 people offers a cozy whole and direct access to the sandy beach and sun terrace.
Catering and service for both establishments is handled by the catering companies and you can bring your own drinks or ordered separately. A large kitchen is available in the main building and a smaller kitchen in the sauna department for catering and serving.
The area is perfect for various activities, recreation with sea bathing, playgrounds, outdoor barbecue area and terraces, etc. A pagoda tent can also be booked for outdoor parties or weddings
In the building there is also a new gym, a playroom for children and the possibility of PT services and nutritional advice etc.

Auditorium has 26 chairs and about 10 separate movable seats. Food or drink is not allowed in the auditorium.

ReplotBo offers accommodation and experiences in Replot at Villa Idören, a seaside villa. Villa Idören is perfect for families, holidaymakers, various groups, and fishing enthusiasts. The spacious living and dining areas, along with a large terrace overlooking the sea, provide an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.
The accommodation is located in a villa built in 2021, featuring three bedrooms with a total of six beds. The sauna cottage offers two additional beds, and accommodation can be arranged for up to about 10 people if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen appliances and tableware. The villa has an indoor toilet and shower.
Villa Idören features a wood-heated seaside sauna and a hot tub, with the possibility to swim right by the sea. We also offer suitable boats for fishing or exploring the archipelago. Meals and coffee services can also be arranged at Villa Idören.

ReplotBo offers accommodation and experiences in Replot at Villa Äspskär.
Villa Äspskär is located about a 20-minute drive from Vaasa. The villa is especially suited for companies and larger groups for both accommodation and recreation. It offers beautiful sea views, allowing guests to relax close to nature. There are four bedrooms with a total of 12 beds (an additional 2–4 beds can be arranged if needed).
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is suitable for the dining needs of even larger groups. Meals and coffee services can also be arranged at the villa.
The main building of Villa Äspskär features 2 toilets, shower facilities, and a sauna with a sea view. From the terrace, stairs lead down to the pier for swimming, and a large hot tub is located next to the terrace.
Villa Äspskär is the perfect place to relax and stay in the heart of nature!

Strand-Mölle is a restaurant located by the sea in the small village Molpe, around 40 km south of Vaasa.
At Strand-Mölle, we are happy to arrange large dinners, parties, caterings, and sauna evenings for both companies and private events. At our disposal, there is a spacious cabinet and a beach sauna just a few steps away from the restaurant. We also cooperate with the companies Polkuped Kajak and West Coast Rib Charter, and through them we offer kayak rentals and cruises in the archipelago if desired.
THE CABINET – Our cabinet has a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in Molpe and it can accommodate around 50 people in total. The cabinet is excellent for both meetings and parties, and meeting equipment is of course available if needed.
THE BEACH SAUNA – The beach sauna can accommodate around 15-20 people and can be rented by groups for meetings or sauna evenings. Reservations are made by email at westcoastribcharter@gmail.com or by phone: +358-503672037.
At our restaurant, you can enjoy locally produced food made with the finest ingredients. We serve lunch, pizza, and à la carte. With the food we recommend our own beer Svallka (made in collaboration with Kvarken Brewery), one of our many good wines or why not one of our fresh, international drinks? Authentic ingredients of high quality are important to us. Close cooperations with producers from the local region guarantee that the food we serve always is fresh and support the local region.
