Municipal subarea division. Municipal subareas consist of functional area entities defined by the municipality itself, which serve as the basis for the municipality’s own area planning and monitoring. The subarea division is a hierarchical three-level classification, consisting of a 1-digit major area level, a 2-digit statistical area level and a 3-digit small area level.
