The City of Vaasa offers various parking options for both short-term and long-term parking.
On-street spaces and parking areas administered by the City of Vaasa are divided into zones with corresponding parking rates. Parking in these areas is free on Sundays and public holidays.

The City of Vaasa leases parking permits for the following parking location:
- Raastuvankatu 27 parking garage: Full, queue possible
The parking space price is €55.00 / month.
Those using train and bus services as onward connections can park their car close to the Travel Centre. Parking close to the Travel Centre is available at the Olympiakatu parking area (zone 3), which is only about 150 metres from the Travel Centre. There is a direct connection from the parking area to the Travel Centre via an elevator.
There is also another zone 3 parking area along Ratakatu next to the Travel Centre.
Motorcycles and mopeds can be parked free of charge at Kauppapuistikko 9 (behind Hesburger).
Parking at Vaasa Harbour
Parking at the harbour became chargeable as of 5 February 2025 in accordance with zone 3.
