On the OCR (obstacle course racing) track you can train agility, endurance, balance and strength. The obstacle course is located at Gerbymäki and includes a total of seven different obstacles.
You can run the obstacle course following your own route choice, and obstacles are either overcome or passed under by crawling, jumping, climbing and hanging. There are seven obstacles in total on the site. The centrepiece of the area is a large rig apparatus with six alternative routes.
At the entrance to the area there is a large information board showing general information about the track and the rules. Along the course each obstacle also has its own info sign with instructions. On almost every obstacle there is an easier and a harder side to choose from.
Note! The obstacle course is not a playground and is not suitable for small children
Use of the track requires being over 140 centimetres tall.
