Purpose of processing personal data

Granting, payment, administration, monitoring and development of employment subsidies such as Kesäduuniseteli, the Vaasa supplement, the 4H enterprise support and sports scholarships.

Personal data processed

 The following information is requested from everyone, for example:

  • Name and contact details of the form submitter and the contact person

In addition, the following may be requested if necessary for granting the support and for payment:

  • Employer’s details (e.g. Business ID, account number, address)
  • Employee’s details (e.g. name, personal identity number, address, account number)
  • Employee’s employment-related information (e.g. duration of employment and amount of salary paid)
  • Any other information that may arise in attachments and forms

  • Processing related to payroll and invoicing services has been outsourced to a service provider contracted by the City of Vaasa

Are special categories of personal data processed?

Personal identity numbers are processed for the payment of subsidies. Attachments for Kesäduuniseteli and the Vaasa supplement may contain information on trade union membership. However, special categories of personal data are not intentionally collected.
